Coming Home is about coming home to your core self, core emotions and innocence.
Coming home to the wounded inner child in your and learning to build a safe and loving home for your inner child to express everything that may have been suppressed for a long time
Coming home to your mind and heal the fragmented parts of yourself that have been stuck in chronic trauma response. To feel whole and at peace in your own mind, and learn to trust your perception of reality, while leaning into your own softness and slowing down your thinking.
Coming home to your body, learning to regulate your nervous system, feeling safe again in your own skin, and learn to listen and interpret the language of your body. Learn to finally feel grounded and anchored in your body that's your most sacred temple.
Coming home to the new life you're building, full of love, joy, laughter, peace and freedom to be who you want to be.
I remember when I ended all contact with dysfunctional adoptive family, I went into a period of depression and distress. All my fear, worry and stress accelerated, and I felt so alone in this process. I didn't know who I could trust, who would be there for me on the other side of the most difficult decision in my adult adoptee life.
Thinking back on this time, there's one thing I so truly wish I had when going through this hard and dark period: a support group of fellow adoptees who could validate my experiences, emotions and make me feel less alone.
I've designed this unique course so that it won't just facilitate a space for you to processing your pain. But also to provide you the right knowledge and tools start building a new foundation that can be the beginning of an amazing and authentic life, where you can feel safe, loved and in harmony with your soul!
Imagine meeting like-minded people where you don't even have to explain you pain, because they just KNOW, simply because they went through it themselves. I don't think we should ever underestimate the power of validation, recognition and empathy from others. Oftentimes, we didn't receive as children when growing up in a dysfunctional adoptive family, because everything was about survival.
Having worked with over 50 adoptees in similar situations along with specializing in dysfunctional adoptive families, I understand the challenges of growing up in an environment filled with abuse, neglect, shame, and gaslighting. I’ve seen firsthand how these experiences can distort our self-image and make it hard to trust our feelings and very challenging to create healthy relationships with others.
I hosted a group course for this group of adoptees a little over a year ago, and it was such a success!

Along the way, you’ll gain deep insight into the hidden dysfunctional patterns behind adoption, you’ll learn to spot the guilt and shame that built up in the face of emotional absence and criticism, and understand how these experiences shaped your core beliefs.
With concrete tools and practical exercises, we’ll work with intention to heal your inner child. You’ll learn techniques to process old traumas, reconnect with your core emotions, and create a nurturing space where you can safely tune in to—and trust—your body’s signals.
At the same time, you’ll strengthen your inner adult with simple, step-by-step processes that help you identify and unlearn stuck survival strategies. You’ll also discover methods to regulate your nervous system, find inner calm, and quiet the constant mental chatter.
We’ll use all of this to build a new, solid foundation, an inner base overflowing with self-love, and the freedom to be exactly who you are, without feeling wrong or ashamed.
You’ll become part of an intimate circle where everyone truly understands your background, because they’ve lived it themselves and know how crucial it is to be met with compassion and support.
We’ll also set up a private Facebook group for confidential sharing and encouragement between our meetings.
